Notices: Important Vendor Notice: As of late, we have noticed that there have been a large number of cancellations received on the weekends. The problem being, that once the markets are filled, we are only able to take a waiting list. If a cancellation is received prior to 5pm on Friday, which we request be done, this enables those people on the waiting list to be accommodated. Emergency cancellations can be received by 7am Sunday. However, when the call is not received until the weekend (late Saturday, or Sunday morning, as some have done) it does not allow sufficient time to notify these people. We feel many of our sellers know prior to the weekend, if they must cancel, and are simply leaving it to the last minute. Weekend cancellations are ONLY for emergency or unforeseen circumstances. Remember, failure to cancel may result in loss of space or refund. We ask for your cooperation in this matter for the benefit of all sellers.
